The Vaping Vault send all products by Royal Mail Standard 1st or 2 nd class signed for , this option comes with a tracking number that is available to you on request
Recorded delivery will require a signature,so please ensure someone will be available to take your order.
Please allow 2/5 Working Days for Delivery. Delivery times may fluctuate at certain times of the year i.e.… Christmas,New Year, and Bank Holidays and in the event of adverse weather conditions etc…

Faulty products will be replaced on receipt & inspection as long as your item has not been used & will also be subject to stock .All our products are inspected and / or Fully Tested before dispatch.
All mods, mechanical and electronic ,If found to be faulty will be covered by Our 30 day money back guarantee or an exchange
All Our Tanks/Clearomisers are tested before dispatch and are also covered by our 10 day money back or exchange Policy if the item is deemed faulty on receipt and as long as the item has not been used .
Products which have been found to be damaged by users negligence WILL NOT be covered.
The lifespan of atomizers & cartomizers is 2 to 4 wks . This will vary depending on the type of liquid and device used and depending on how the user vapes .
We do not refund or exchange any product purchased from us in the event that the products you purchased no long suit your needs or you have changed your mine
The Consumer shall inspect all Goods immediately upon receipt and should notify the Seller with 3 working days of delivery, confirming by email if the Goods are damaged or not working. If the Consumer fails to do so the Consumer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. As the product is an oral product once used it cannot be returned
E-Liquid cannot be returned Due to Health and Safety Reasons
Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Once shipped, if returned unopened the Consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs
