We Offer an Exchange Policy ONLY on Products that are Deem Faulty.
No cash Refunds are given.
Proof of Purchase is required for all Purchases.
We Do NOT Offer an Exchange if we believe your item has been miss used or Damaged by yourself in any way.
The Vaping Vault Batteries are covered By Our 30 Day Exchange Policy from the Day of Purchase if your item is deemed faulty. Your Receipt is Proof of Purchase & WILL be required if you are Looking for an Exchange within this time .We will NOT Give an Exchange without Proof of Purchase. We will NOT Offer an Exchange if we Believe your item has been miss used or damaged in anyway by Yourself , regardless if it is within the 30 Day Exchange Policy, However we are happy to try and fix it for you for a small charge. If Items are Deemed faulty after Our 30 day policy time we are able to return the item to the manufacturers for further investigation and possible exchange if a fault is found , Please Note sending off to the manufacturers will take some weeks before a possible replacement is given.
Items EXCLUDED from Our 30 Day Exchange Policy are:
USB Chargers and Lithium Chargers / Wall plugs, these products will be covered for exchange,(Stock Pending ) for up to 10 days from Purchase if the item is deemed faulty. All Tanks & replacement Coils will be covered for 7 Days as long as the products have not been miss-used in any way, as always your Receipt will be required as proof of purchase .When a pack of 5 coils are purchased your return policy is extended for up to 5 weeks only regardless of how many packets are purchased , any faulty coils need to be returned within this time.
E Liquids with the tamper proof lids are returnable for exchange only as long as the bottles have not been opened, bottles must be returned within 7 days of purchase, Bottles That are NOT tamper Proof are Non-Returnable and can Not be Exchanged, This is Due to Health & Safety Reasons.. No Offer of exchange or refund will be given if the products you have purchased do not suit or are no longer required. If Your Product is damaged by yourself or has a fault after our 7, 10 & 30 day policy, we are happy to try and fix your damaged/ faulty goods for a small charge.
